oh my gosh my favourite dinner, except with veggie sausages, in fact we had it for dinner today - I think I'll go see if there's any leftovers. Happy with it hot or cold.
thanks guys, it was from the hairy biker cookbook! It was delish, although I've had a few comments about perhaps having something potatoey with it and I think I agree - might have roasties as well next time! Next up is the Hairy Biker cottage pie with cheesey mash!
